Welcome to trannyladies.info, hereinafter referred to as "TrannyLadies" / "Site"  / "We".  Further,  any guest, visitor or a registered user will be referenced as "You". This Agreement is subject to change at any time, and changes are effective upon posting. Bookmark this page and check it, as it is up to you to refer to this page for any amendments to the original Agreement.

You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy before you may access, view or use the Site. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Site. Failure to abide by terms and conditions will result in your account being terminated, denied further access to the site and content submitted by you removed. 

1. Age and eligibility

You must be 18 years old or over and legally classed as an adult in your country  to use this site in any way. By using this Ste, you warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you are at least 18 years old. TrannyLadies reserves the right to suspend, remove, or demand verification from users we suspect to be legally classed as minors.

You also warrant under penalty of perjury the following:

• That you will not permit any persons under 18 years of age to have access to any of the materials contained within this site.
• That you understand that when you gain access to this site, you will be exposed to visual images, verbal descriptions and audio sounds of a sexually oriented, erotic nature.
• That you will use TrannyLadies service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations applicable to you.

2. Indemnity and Legal protection

• You agree and understand TrannyLadies cannot and shall not be held responsible for any losses or damage or liabilities, consequential or otherwise, loss of revenue or projected revenue or profit, incurred by yourself as a direct or indirect result of visiting or using this Site.
• You agree to indemnify and hold TrannyLadies, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
  
• You agree that TrannyLadies will not be held responsible for any unwanted contact as a result of information you submit to your profile.
  
• You agree and understand by posting content to any public area of Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to TrannyLadies and its members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information, rights of publicity, and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works and other media, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing.
• Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the site or the sending of unsolicited commercial email will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress and/or termination of membership at TrannyLadies' sole discretion.
• TrannyLadies will always work closely with the relevant authorities to report incidents of suspected child or sexual abuse, computer misuse, submission of illegal content or other illegal activity.

3. Copyright policy and content protection

• You agree and understand that you may not copy, reproduce, republish, process, broadcast, make available to the public, or otherwise use any content found on TrannyLadies in any way, except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any TrannyLadies content except for your own personal use. Any other use of TrannyLadies content requires prior written permission from TrannyLadies and its legal representatives.
• You agree and understand you may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material (such as  information, software, photos, music), trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights or otherwise have a valid basis under the law, including "fair use".
• In cases where TrannyLadies suspect your images or profile are disingenuous, stolen or plagiarised, the onus is on you to prove to us that they are not. This is for our own users protection. TrannyLadies may ask for various forms of documentation or images, to ascertain that your profile is genuine and free from stolen or fraudulent content. Providing such requested items is of course, voluntary, but we reserve the right to revoke access to the site if you choose not to supply these to TrannyLadies. No other means of verifying your profile are acceptable by TrannyLadies, other than the documentation or verification image requested.

4. DMCA Notice

Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the TrannyLadies service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA): an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the our site including the URLs of web pages and/or hyperlinks; your address, telephone number, and email address; a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.  TrannyLadeies  can be reached as follows:

It is the intention of TrannyLadies to comply with the DMCA, including the Notice and "take down" provisions and to benefit from the safe harbors immunizing it from liability to the fullest extent provided by law, and to the extent the Notice and "take down" requirements above deviate from the requirements under the DMCA then the Notice requirements as provided by the DMCA shall control and are herein incorporated by reference.

5. Rules

• You understand and agree that TrannyLadies may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of TrannyLadies violates the Terms and Conditions.
  
• You are permitted to create a profile, which is publicly displayed. You understand that any information or images you submit to appear on your profile is potentially accessible to the public, on the Site.
• You are solely responsible for the content that you submit and or display (hereinafter, "post") on TrannyLadies, or transmit to other TrannyLadies members.
• TrannyLadies allows user submitted content, which appears immediately on the web for public viewing. You agree that TrannyLadies cannot be held responsible for the content of other profiles, such (but no limited to) any objectionable, inflammatory, misleading, libellous or slanderous user submitted comments or content. TrannyLadies reserves the right to remove any content of offensive or objectionable nature within a reasonable time-frame after being notified in written notification of the exact URL to the content, and specific details of the objection. In no event will TrannyLadies be liable to you or any third person for such content.
  
• You are NOT permitted to post any content that is of pornographic nature, which includes visual depictions and descriptions of nudity and sexual acts. Posting such content may result in immediate termination of your account and / or blocking access to the Site.
• If you are unhappy with any terms, conditions, policies, features or guidelines of TrannyLadies, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue usage of the site.
  

6. Prohibited use

While visiting and/or using the the Site, you may NOT:

• engage in a commercial activity and/or sales, such as (but not limited to) posting advertisements in any form: images, messages, posts or videos. You are also NOT allowed to include advertisements  in media such as images or videos (such as URLs, logos, etc.). Commercial announcements are NOT allowed and promoting any company and/or website  may result in your account being terminated without any notice. Commercial activities and/or sales are allowed ONLY with our prior written consent from TrannyLadies or its' legal representatives.
• post content (messages, images, videos or any other content) that is patently offensive to the online community  such as (but not limited to) content that promotes:
• racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• harasses or advocates harassment of another person or invades their privacy;
• involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited commercial email or "spamming";
• promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
• contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
• displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
• provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
• provides content that involves cursing, swearing, incest, falsifying gender, violence, necrophilia, impersonating another member, threat of suicide or harm to oneself or others, drug paraphernalia, or bestiality;
• provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
• post or transmit any information or software which contains a virus, cancelbot, trojan horse, worm or other harmful or disruptive component;
• use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to bypass or to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.  In such cases your access and/or account may be terminated without warning.

6. Member disputes

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other TrannyLadies members. TrannyLadies reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.

6. Disclaimer

TrannyLadies and it's official representatives are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the site or in connection with the TrannyLadies service, whether caused by users, members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the service, nor for the conduct of any user and/or member of the TrannyLadies service whether online or offline. TrannyLadies assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user and/or member communications. TrannyLadies is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the TrannyLadies site and/or in connection with the TrannyLadies service.  The site and the service are provided "AS-IS" and TrannyLadies expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. TrannyLadies cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the site and/or the TrannyLadies service.
